Terms and conditions governing the provision of consulting services.
The provision of consulting services entails no additional obligation unless stated in separate contract terms.
The office's services are provided as-is. Completion of the service is indicated by an email message with all consultation details, or by sending a stamped letter via any digital or printed method by the office.
Consultation details or any documents provided to the client may not be published; they are reviewed confidentially and used solely for the internal purposes of the organization or the client.
Consulting by proxy is not permitted, and advice is only provided to the concerned party.
The office may request proof that the client is the concerned party.
Abdullah Al-Mutairi Consulting Office is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client data, which is not shared in any form.
Without prejudice to the preceding clause, the office has the right to disclose providing advice on social media when it fully benefits the client or helps achieve their business or administrative goals.
Submitting an instant consultation request does not constitute the office's acceptance of the consultation or commencement of research and response; this only occurs after the consultation fee is paid.
If the consultation request involves secured systems, the client's approval and payment for the consultation constitutes their consent for the office to take the necessary steps to inspect and test these systems.
If the client wishes to request a service, they must submit a written consultation request and pay the associated costs.
